The Community Development area of opportunity focuses on our members’ impact on our local community and encourages our members to find ways and develop projects that make life on our community (the Richmond metro area) and the world better.

The Individual Development area of opportunity includes all projects designed to help members develop themselves through training seminars and networking with young professionals and other people in the Richmond area.
Professional Development
The Professional Development area of opportunity is primarily focused on the administrative and fundraising aspects of our chapter. No matter your career interests, the Richmond Jaycees chapter has something for everyone.
Culture and International Experience
We’d like to improve our own communities and in so doing, improve life in our world. As Such, the Jaycees also focus on International Opportunities that expose our members to different cultures in order to allow our leaders to grow.
